Please note that we are able to ship our Minerals to the UK and Europe only.
We currently ship our merch and jerseys worldwide – shipping times and prices vary depending on region. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders being delivered to the UK and outside the EU may be subject to customs charges.
If ‘Standard Shipping (An Post)’ is selected at checkout, tracking information may not be available.
Your Kick Off box will be shipped out upon purchase.
Christmas boxes will be sent out on the 12th December when 4 subscription boxes have been purchased.
We currently only offer our subscription boxes to customers living in Ireland (including Northern Ireland) and Great Britain.
Please make sure to select the subscription box for your region to ensure that you receive your boxes!
Please note that we do not offer returns on orders containing Minerals– If there are any problems with your order, please reach out to us at info@football-special.com.
If your merch isn’t quite what you were looking for, you can return your merch item within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply return your merch to Football Special Ltd. Unit 13 JR Business Park, Dromore Lower, Letterkenny, Donegal, F92EWR4.
Please note that we don’t cover the cost of return shipping if you do choose to return your order to us, and this will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
When we receive your return, and the merch item(s) have been inspected for quality purposes, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 1-5 business days. Please return your merch item(s) in the same condition that you received it in order to receive a full refund.
When ordering apparel, we strongly advise that you check out the sizing chart in the product image gallery to ensure your item is the correct size!
